The client is responsible for providing all necessary content and information required for the creation or upgrading of the CV/Resume.
The standard turnaround time for delivery is five (5) business days from the date all required materials are received.
Full payment is required upfront and must be received before any work commences.
Communication will be conducted primarily via email.
However, if the client prefers and agrees, alternative channels such as WhatsApp or Telegram may be used.
Virtual meetings and consultations will be held through Zoom or Google Meet.
Upon delivery of the final CV/Resume draft to the client, the document will be permanently deleted from our system.
Any subsequent requests for updates or revisions will incur additional fees.
All personal and professional information provided by the client is treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively to deliver the agreed services.
Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
If the client does not provide feedback or respond within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving the first draft, the service will be deemed complete and closed.
Submitted CVs/Resumes for revamp must not exceed three (3) pages.
Any content exceeding this page limit will be subject to additional charges.
For LinkedIn profile revamp services, the client must grant the necessary access permissions to their LinkedIn account to enable effective updating.
